Wash Care: Dry Clean Only

For Fitting issues (within 20 days of the garment's receipt): 1) Write to us at hello@vaaya.com (we'll respond within 24 hrs) and/or call 9811719975/9811129975. 2) Please describe to us your issue so we can suggest the best possible solution consistent with your comfort and styling. 3) You may self ship, in which case we will provide you a credit note, for a maximum amount of Rs. 100 or we can have our courier pick up the garment for you, at a time convenient for you. 4) You are welcome to send a garment, the fit of which  you would like your Vaaya outfit to match. However, kindly note that we may not be able to perfectly match the fit. 5) Onsite processing takes 2-3 days and reverse shipping takes 2-3 days.

For Returns/Exchanges (within 20 days of the garment's receipt): 1) Send us a note at hello@vaaya.com (we'll respond within 24 hrs) and/or call 9811719975/9811129975. Alternatively, you can generate a return request from the order history option in your account. 2) You may self ship, in which case we will provide you a credit note, for a maximum amount of Rs. 100 or we can have our courier pick up the garment for you at a time convenient for you. 3) Onsite processing takes 2-3 days. Exchange garment will be dispatched subsequently and any extra amount will be collected through cash on delivery (COD). In case of returns, a credit note valid for a year will be issued.
