For Fitting issues (within 5 days of the product's receipt): 1) Write to us at hello@vaaya.com (we'll respond within 24 hrs) and/or call 9811719975/9811129975. 2) Please describe to us your issue so we can suggest the best possible solution consistent with your comfort and styling. 3) You may self ship, in which case we will provide you a credit note, for a maximum amount of Rs. 100 or we can have our courier pick up the product for you, at a time convenient for you. 4) Onsite processing takes 2-3 days and reverse shipping takes 2-3 days.

For Returns/Exchanges (within 5 days of the product's receipt): 1) Send us a note at hello@vaaya.com (we'll respond within 24 hrs) and/or call 9811719975/9811129975. Alternatively, you can generate a return request from the order history option in your account. 2) You may self ship, in which case we will provide you a credit note, for a maximum amount of Rs. 100 or we can have our courier pick up the garment for you at a time convenient for you. 3) Onsite processing takes 2-3 days. Exchange product will be dispatched subsequently and any extra amount will be collected through cash on delivery (COD). In case of returns, a credit note valid for a year will be issued.
